Admins configure the workspace under Settings.
Dynamic configuration
- **Categories** and **Stages** (name, colour, terminal) drive the whole app.
- **Team** — invite members with roles (Owner, Admin, Technician, Reception).
- **Custom fields** — add Text/Number/Date/Select/Boolean fields that appear on every job card.
- **Import** — upload a JCN-format CSV with a dry-run preview.
- **Audit** — every create/delete is logged.
